We want you to feel confident trying Biovit BioGlucan®. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund, please email relevantnutrition2@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The purchase must have been made directly through Relevant Nutrition.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase or an order number.

  • Limit one refund per customer or household.

Opened Products

Because Biovit BioGlucan® is a consumable supplement, opened products do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.

Multiple Bottle Orders

The money-back guarantee applies to the first bottle purchased. Unopened bottles may be eligible for return upon approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at relevantnutrition2@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Subscriptions

Refund requests do not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Customers must cancel subscriptions separately before the next billing date.
